How To Start A Drop Shipping Business – W/ Noah Tucker

Why You Should Know Noah Tucker

For our ninth interview of the TSB Podcast, we welcomed Noah Tucker, Dropshipping Extraordinaire. At just 20 years old, Noah has made millions (that’s right, millions) through dropshipping.

For context, dropshipping is a business model that has gained massive popularity over the past decade as a transparent way to make a lot of money without necessarily needing to invest a lot of it. Specifically, dropshipping is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock. Instead, it transfers customers’ orders to the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who ships the products to the customer.

As a bright-eyed student at the University of Miami, Noah comes from a hard-working background. Before entering the world of dropshipping, he made money by working long hours through his part-time job on a fishing boat. But even at such a young age, something was off. Noah knew he wanted more.

So, like many curious college students, Noah took it upon himself to pursue a side-hustle. In his case, this meant trying his hand at the art of dropshipping. With only his laptop, determination, and help from a couple of friends who started dropshipping businesses of their own, Noah successfully created his online store in a relatively short period.

His journey has been nothing short of impressive. Millions of dollars in revenue later, Noah now dropships on his online store full time while continuing his education at The University of Miami. But don’t take my word for it. Listen to our exclusive interview with the drop shipping whiz below.

Notable Quotes

“Everyone’s scared to start a business because of the financial risk. Not a lot of people have a ton of money to invest in a business. They also don’t have access to loans or capital from another source. So, [dropshipping] gets rid of that fear people have of starting a business.

“[Dropshipping] is kind of a risk-free business to start. That’s why it appeals to so many people right now.”

[When building my brand on Instagram], I was very consistent. I’d follow people until Instagram would block me from doing so. Then, I’d unfollow until they’d block me from doing so. Then, I’d DM people to be ambassadors until I got blocked from doing so. I did that all day, every day, for the entire summer.”

“I studied successful, similar brands in my space and looked at their Instagram feeds. Their Instagram feeds were like a blueprint or a roadmap that I could follow.”

“I know a TON, and I mean a ton of people who just started [dropshipping] and are still killing it. Just because it was easier [when I started] does not mean it’s impossible now. It just means it’s different.”
